The 1-cavity large glass sealant bottle mold is specially customized and developed for large-capacity silicone sealant bottles. It is a featured product of our company in response to the packaging requirements of special sealants. The mold adopts a single-cavity large-sized design. The depth and width of the cavity are adapted to the structure of large-capacity bottles. The raw material filling path is optimized through fluid simulation to ensure that the plastic melt fully fills the cavity and avoid molding defects such as material shortage and bubbles. The mold cavity and core are highly wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant, and can be adapted to the molding of various plastic raw materials such as PP and PE. The clamping surface adopts high-precision grinding and matching technology, featuring excellent sealing performance and eliminating the problem of material overflow during the Injection Molding process. To address the difficulty of demolding large-capacity bottle bodies, the mold is equipped with a hydraulic ejection system, which provides uniform ejection force and effectively prevents bottle body deformation.

Design Features: The mold cavity is integrally processed with imported S136 stainless steel. The cooling system adopts a circumferential waterway design, closely fitting the three-dimensional structure of the bottom cover. The clamping mechanism is equipped with high-precision positioning pins to ensure accurate positioning of mold opening and closing.
